Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this contract to provide a new 200 KW electrical generator for the Fisher House at Audie L. Murphy Hospital, located at 7400 Merton Minter Blvd, San Antonio, Texas.

The goal of the contract is to ensure reliable backup power for both Fisher House I and Fisher House II, enhancing the operational capabilities of these facilities.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary for site preparation and installation of the generator. This includes:

- demolition and removal of existing structures;
- excavation;
- grading;
- installation of a new diesel-powered emergency generator;
- construction of a generator enclosure;
- installation of a load bank and annunciator panel;
- ensuring compliance with VA standards and local codes;
- providing O&M manuals and as-built drawings in CAD and PDF formats.

The project must adhere to 100% design drawings and specifications.

Period of Performance
180 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
