The Office of Human Resources request follow-up consulting and team building services for the OHR Leadership Team to develop FY25 priorities and goals, enhance leadership effectiveness, and build trust and interpersonal dynamics within OHR.

Building on information from previous strategic planning sessions in which OHR identified its mission, vision, strategic goals and initiatives, the contractor will design an effective follow-up session for the OHR Leadership Team and facilitate the development of strategic measures/targets and FY25 priorities and goals to support the strategy. Using a collaborative approach, the contractor will develop a customized strategic planning and team building approach and facilitate a 3-day leadership meeting August 13-15. The OHR leadership team is comprised of approximately 18 supervisors/managers. Facilitation will be conducted in-person at the location listed below. Previous year materials will be provided, as needed, upon contract award kick-off. Tasks include agenda and meeting prep, team building and meeting facilitation, and follow-on consultation to ensure that meeting objectives were met and to recommend potential next steps.
