SRM Combined HVAC Project for Bldg. 5111

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Dugway Proving Ground is issuing an Invitation for Bid, to award a single, firm fixed-price contract requires the following: furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to Provide SRM Combined HVAC Project, Building 5111.
Contractor will install (2) two new high efficiency, fifteen (15) ton rooftop HVAC package units with economizers to be lifted by crane onto the new roof curbs on Building 5111 (Gymnasium). This includes procurement and installation of the equipment, project management, supervision, skilled labor, tools, materials and transportation. The Contractor shall execute the site clearance of the exiting gas fired space heaters (2) located in the gymnasium with associated equipment.

Perform commissioning services on the new HVAC equipment to include Testing and Balancing (TAB) including the commissioning of all newly installed units. The Contractor must adhere to Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) Commissioning Group (ACG) or National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) standards for the commissioning, air balancing, and testing to ensure that the HVAC requirements of this contract are met.

The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard is $15 mil. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding.

Closing date is August 31, 2017. A pre-proposal site visit meeting will be held at Dugway, Utah, and the exact date, time and location is noted in solicitation. . This solicitation is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns only; no large business bids will be accepted for this procurement. The firm must be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in www.sam.gov

Period of Performance 180 days from issued of Notice to Proceed.
