Spectrum Guard Pro Warranty's

This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement.

This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only.

The Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to purchase Spectrum Guard Pro Warranties. Charon Technologies, LLC maintains all copyright privileges for their products and specified product must be purchased directly from the company. There are no agents or dealers authorized to represent these products, and no division of Charon Technologies, LLC has any right of sub-license to make a similar or competing product.

A sole source contract is deemed appropriate as no other vendor is able to satisfy the Government's requirements.

One (1) Purchase Order (PO) contract with Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Item is anticipated. Delivery location is Sneads Ferry, NC. The estimated award date is scheduled for 31 Aug 2023.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or an exception to the Government's intent to purchase on a sole source basis within three (3) days of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred for submissions in response to this notice.
