Background
The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (AFSC/PZIMB) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is issuing a commercial firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of a Spectro Scientific LaserNet 230 optical particle analyzer. This acquisition aims to enhance the agency's capabilities in particle analysis and requires vendors authorized by Spectro Scientific to supply, install, verify performance, and provide training on the equipment.

Work Details
The contract includes the following requirements:
- Supply of one Spectro Scientific LaserNet 230 optical particle analyzer in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Delivery, installation, performance verification, and training on the equipment.
- Packaging must ensure undamaged arrival at destination; shipments exceeding 150 pounds or specific dimensions must be packaged on skidded crates or palletized for forklift handling.
- The exterior container must be marked 'NOT FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE'.
- Inspection and acceptance will occur at Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3303. The contractor must provide documentation explaining how they meet all SOW requirements.
