SpecsIntact 5.4v Software Training for Multiple FECs   2

Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide training on SpecsIntact version 5.4 software for NAVFAC professionals.
This training is essential for personnel at multiple Facility Engineering Commands (FECs) who will be responsible for creating and editing Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) for In-House Design Bid Build (IH DBB) projects.

Work Details
The contractor will provide virtual training sessions covering all aspects of creating and editing UFGS specifications using SpecsIntact version 5.4.
The training will include the following key components:
- Create and Manage Projects: Build a job with sections from masters, add new sections using section templates, tailor jobs, manage sections, manage jobs, and reconcile references.
- SGML Editor: Familiarization with menus, toolbars, status bars, SGML tags, editing sections, resolving validation errors, and inserting existing/new references.
- Complete the Product: Validate edited sections with reports.
Training sessions will be conducted virtually for up to 50 students per session. An electronic instruction manual will be provided in advance, and students must print and bring their manuals to class.

Period of Performance
12 months from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Training sessions will take place at various locations including Norfolk, VA; Jacksonville, FL; Washington, DC; Honolulu, HI; Silverdale, WA; and San Diego, CA.
