06 April 2017 - Please note: MDA is required to use the 2012 NAICS Code 541712 in lieu of the 2017 NAICS Code 541715 because the legacy SPS system cannot be updated at this time. Once the system is updated, the 2017 NAICS will be used, however, we do not anticipate this update until October 2017.
03 April 2017 - The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) hereby releases Amendment 0001 to solicitation number HQ0147-17-R-0027, for the Agency's Specialty Engineering contract under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisition.
The proposal due date and time is extended to 17 April 2017 at 2:00 p.m. CDT.
Offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of this Amendment as per instructions specified in block 11 of the SF 30.

22 February 2017 - This amendment replaces the "Combined Synopsis/Solicitation" posted incorrectly as "Original Notice: HQ0147-17-R-0027 (Feb 21, 2017)". The proposal due date has been extended to 27 March 2017 to accommodate for this adjustment.

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) releases the Final Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-17-R-0027, for the "Specialty Engineering" requirement under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions.

This procurement is set aside for a small business concern. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541712 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences; except Biotechnology); Small Business Size Standard is 1250 employees. It is anticipated that award will result in a single cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) contract for a base period of two years and three, one-year option periods. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. All responsible small business offerors may submit an offer. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps website. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the FedBizOpps website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued.
