This acquisition will be solicited on a full and open competition basis. The length of a contract resulting from this solicitation will be for a term of 60 months, with three separate pricing tiers. The first tier shall be for a 24-month period (up to and inclusive of a 6-month ramp up period followed by an 18-month performance period). The second tier, directly following the first, shall be for an 18-month performance period. Lastly, the third and final tier, directly following the second tier, shall be for an 18-month performance period.

The total estimated dollar value including all pricing tiers is $451,189,518.70. The estimated total maximum dollar amount is $902,379,037.40 including all pricing tiers and surge requirements. DLA Troop Support intends to make one (1) award. The delivery points, located anywhere within the aforementioned countries, require indefinite quantities of semi-perishable and perishable items throughout the term of the contract. A more detailed listing of the current delivery sites (subject to change) can be found in the solicitation. All responsible offerors may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. The resultant award will be for a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) contract, inclusive of an Economic Price Adjustment, with a guaranteed minimum value of 10% of the total estimated dollar value as cited above, or $45,118,951.87.
