The Government proposes to acquire on a 5 Year IDIQ contract, a quantity of 60 each of a TERMINAL, DATA PROCE; NSN: 7025-01-551-9402; PN: 90-2722-012-B applicable to the M-7T system. These items will be Sole Sourced to General Digital Corporation, Cage Code 1JA77 the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
