Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico is searching for a contractor who shall provide Credential Program Management services to maintain, coordinate, implement and manage the Department of Defense (DoD) Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS) as the Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist, SR as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.

All prospective contractors must be registered as small businesses in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database to be awarded a DoD contract. The NAICS for this action is 561110 - Office Administrative Services

Background
Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico is seeking a contractor to provide Credential Program Management services to maintain, coordinate, implement and manage the Department of Defense (DoD) Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS) as the Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist, SR. All prospective contractors must be registered as small businesses in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database to be awarded a DoD contract.

Work Details
The contractor shall establish, manage, administer and maintain the database for the CCQAS, analyze, validate and primary source verify professional medical education, training, licensure, privileges, and professional references/assessments and ensure compliance with credentialing policies. They shall also establish mechanisms and interpret ASD/HA guidelines, TJC standards, Air Force Instructions (AFI’s), Department of Defense (DoD) Directives and Medical Service Clinical Quality Assurance guidelines for the credentialing process. The estimated workload data includes 1 Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist, SR.
