Solipsys Tactical Display Framework (TDF) v5.x Perpetual Right to Use License

The United States Air Force (USAF) is looking to acquire eleven E3G Mission Crew Training Set (MCTS) Raytheon Solipsys Tactical Data Framework (TDF) Perpetual Licenses. These licenses are necessary for the development of a training system that will be unclassified and not connected to any DoD NIPR and/or SIPR network. The contract involves the purchase of 11 user licenses for Raytheon Solipsys Tactical Display Framework (TDF) Portal Perpetual Right to Use License, with up to 40 connections. These licenses will enable the software operating system to run on the E3G Block 40 Gen2 Pad Lab. The procurement is being conducted on a limited source brand-name basis against Raytheon Solipsys GSA MAS contract, as they have been identified as the sole vendor capable of providing the required TDF Perpetual Licenses.
