Solidworks Electrical Premium License 2D, 3D, Set Up, and Training

1. This Solicitation is issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ) on a Firm Fixed Price basis.
2. The Prototype Integration Facility (PIF), Engineering Directorate, Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center
AMRDEC), U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command(RDECOM), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, requires the purchase of
SOLIDWORKS Electrical and Premium License service from date of award to 30 Sep 2018 and an option for an additional 12 months."
This is a soliciation for the purchase of SOLIDWORKS service in accordance with the format at FAR 12.3.
3. The following SOLIDWORKS items are required by the PIF and offerors should be able to provide all of the items listed below to the
Government:

f.)SOLIDWORKS Electrical Premium License 3D Training Manual
g.)SOLIDWORKS Electrical Premium License Deployment System: Setup and Training
H.)SOLIDWORKS Premium License (quantity 3)
4. The period of performance for the first year will be from Date of Award to 30 September 2018 with an Option for an additional 12
months that would have a period of performance from 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2019.
5. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512 with a size standard of
25.500,000.
6. This requirement is unrestricted and only offerors that qualify as certified SOLIDWORKS Value-Added Resellers (VAR) may submit
quotes.
7. All qualified offerors must submit quotes no later than 5:00 PM CT,
