SOLID WASTE REMOVAL-FCI MORGANTOWN, WV   3

The Federal Bureau of Prisons Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Solid Waste Service for FCI Morgantown in Morgantown, West Virginia. It is anticipated that this Solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The anticipated Date of Award is August 2020 with an effective date of October 1, 2020. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The solicitation will be available on or about July 15, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the beta sam website at www.beta.sam.gov. All potential quoters are advised that the solicitation will include the clause at FAR 52.212-4 for Commercial Items, paragraph (t) System for Award Management (SAM). This clause requires all contractors doing business with the Federal Government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database.
