Background
The U.S. Mission in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at Embassy Muscat.

The goal of this firm-fixed price contract is to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of various designated spaces within the embassy, supporting the mission of the U.S. Government.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways.

The Contractor must furnish all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel for the contract's execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing general instructions for the workforce;
- Scheduling routine and periodic cleaning requirements with minimal disruption to normal operations;
- Ensuring at least five janitors are present on-site at all times;
- Performing daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing restrooms;
- Managing quality control through a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that measures service quality;
- Adhering to security protocols for certain areas requiring escorts. Additionally, the contractor must provide evidence of insurance and comply with local labor laws regarding wages and benefits.
