Background
The Blackwell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, part of the USDA Forest Service, is seeking to replace multiple furnaces and air conditioning units as part of its mission to provide vocational training and education to youth.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems within the center's facilities, thereby supporting its overall mission.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery, and all necessary valid licenses for the work.

The specific tasks include:
1) Base Item No. 1 – B0427 - Furnace and Air Conditioning Replacements;
2) Base Item No. 2 – B0440 - Furnace Replacements;
3) Optional Item No. 3 - B0425 - Motor Starter Troubleshooting Repair/Replace.

All work must comply with the provided Statement of Work and technical specifications outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to be completed within 150 days after the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Blackwell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located at 4155 County Highway H, Laona, WI 54541.
