Background
The Naval Sea Systems Command, specifically the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane), is issuing a justification for a bridge contract to Serco-IPS Corporation. This contract is necessary to ensure the continuity of acquisition and business financial management support services for the Guided Missile Frigate (FFG(X)) Program Office (PMS 515). The goal is to maintain operational support without interruption during the transition to a follow-on task order.

Work Details
The bridge contract will provide essential acquisition and business financial management support services. Key tasks include:
- Continuation of Acquisition (ACQ) and Business Financial Management (BFM) Support Services from the exhaustion of labor hour ceilings under Task Order No. NO016419F3014 until the estimated task order award date.
- Management of post-award debriefing periods and addressing any potential delays caused by protests.
- Support during a required 60-day transition period if no protests occur, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a total estimated performance period of 285 days, starting from April 17, 2025, to January 28, 2026, including a base period and option periods for protest and transition.
