Sole Source for Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) Family of Vehicles (FOV), Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Carrier System Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment System Technical Support (SSTS) Services   4

Background
The contractor, as an independent contractor, and not as an agent of the Government or employee of the Government, shall provide Systems Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment Systems Technical Support (SSTS) as specified herein for modifications, changes, and/or improvements to the vehicle system and/or the derivative vehicle systems and subsystems of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) Family of Vehicles (FOV), and the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Carrier, and all derivatives of the vehicles. Efforts shall include program management, logistics support, engineering, product assurance and field service support for the vehicle systems.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide day-to-day Program and Engineering management, including participation in program meetings, ensuring compliance with requirements, general management guidance and direction for project scheduling, risk management, subcontract management, financial management oversight, coordination and preparation for program meetings and reviews, problem resolution. The contractor shall host, coordinate, attend, participate, arrange, and/or conduct meetings when required by individual Work Directive(s). The contractor shall develop and deliver Meeting Minutes IAW CDRL A001. The contractor shall develop and deliver Presentation Material IAW CDRL A002.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of time as specified in each Work Directive(s).
