Background
The National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR) is a component of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Its mission is to improve dental, oral, and craniofacial health through research, research training, and the dissemination of health information. The NIDCR Office of Communications and Health Education (OCHE) develops, implements, and evaluates the Institute’s science, health, and digital communication programs. Because OCHE oversees and manages marketing and outreach efforts for the institute, it requires a robust social media monitoring platform to support the social media messaging efforts.

Work Details
The contractor/reseller shall provide Sprout Social or equivalent for three users, which meets specific requirements related to post curation, content management, content moderation, reporting & analytics, social listening, resources, and additional contract requirements. The platform must support various features such as composing messaging, scheduling posts, managing individual posts and campaigns in a collaborative content calendar, viewing inbound message volume, providing reporting on internal performance and competitor performance by network, supporting social listening templates for brand health monitoring and competitive analysis, providing spike alerts and filters among other features.
