Social Media Management Software

Background
The Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and is tasked with leading the national effort to protect and enhance the resilience of the nation’s physical and cyber infrastructure.

This contract aims to provide CISA with social media management software to facilitate message scheduling, analytics, and brand social media listening.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide social media monitoring, publishing, and reporting services via a secure online platform.

Specific tasks include:
1) Annual subscription for 15 users which includes: Listening for up to 5 topics, post creation capabilities (composing messages, selecting networks for publishing, generating workflows for submission and approval), content management (scheduling posts, managing campaigns through a collaborative calendar), social media engagement (viewing inbound messages, organizing groups for tracking engagement), and reporting & analytics (tracking performance metrics across various platforms).
2) Optional additional subscriptions for 15 users.

The platform must also support social listening across multiple networks including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with features such as spike alerts and filters. Additionally, it must provide a robust Help Desk with specified response times and on-demand training.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is one (1) 12-month base period from March 28, 2025 to March 27, 2026, with four optional periods extending through March 27, 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in the National Capital Region (NCR).
