Social Media Analysis Tool   2

The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW/PK) is issuing this full and open competitive proposal for the procurement of a Social Media Analysis Tool. SAF/PA has a requirement for contractor provided support to assist in the execution of mission functions in the areas of communication management and media assessment providing the necessary web-based solution for tools to conduct public affairs media monitoring and analysis, social media management, monitoring and analysis, management of journalist contact lists, and graphic depiction of the information provided. This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12 under the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

The Basis of Award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the attached solicitation; will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
