Background
The solicitation is for snow and ice removal services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The contract is a non-personal services contract, and the contractor will not be supervised by the government.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary for snow and ice removal services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services are to be performed on specified locations as per the site map.
The period of performance is for 12 months from the effective date of award with four 12-month option periods. The contractor is responsible for maintaining effective quality control and ensuring compliance with the contract requirements. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance under this contract through the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). The contractor is not allowed to perform any services without prior approval from the COR/RFOS and must maintain contact during operations.

Period of Performance
