Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting over 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states.

The goal of this contract is to provide snow removal services at the Army Reserve Facility KS037 located in Wichita, Kansas, ensuring safe conditions on roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for snow removal services.

The contractor is responsible for removing snow and ice from all designated areas as shown on attached facility maps. Services include:
- Snow plowing and sidewalk snow removal ordered at or near the end of a snowfall or during a continuing snowfall.
- Treating cleaned surfaces to be skid-free using contractor-furnished sand, salt, or approved chemicals compliant with state and local regulations.
- Clearing fire hydrants with a minimum 5-foot diameter around them.
- Multiple snow/ice removals may be required each day based on conditions.
- Specific tasks include Type 1 to Type 3 snow plowing and salt/sand distribution across various areas including roads and sidewalks.

The contractor must begin work within two hours of notification from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Designated Representative (DR). Additionally, the contractor must submit service tickets signed by the COR or DR with invoices.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025 with four option years available and an option to extend services for up to six months.
