Snow Removal Services at ND003 Grand Forks, ND   2

Background: The contract is for snow removal services at Army Reserve facility ND003 located at 520 N 47TH ST GRAND FORKS, ND 58203. The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) supports over 50,000 Soldiers in 19 states to provide base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region.

Details: The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform snow removal services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The contractor shall remove snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks as shown on attached facility maps.

Multiple snow/ice removals may be required each day.

The contractor shall treat cleaned surfaces skid free by applying a contractor furnished sand, salt or approved chemical.

Snow plowing and sidewalk snow removal will normally be ordered at or near the end of a snowfall or in a continuing snowfall.

Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period and four (4) 12-month option periods with an option to extend services for up to six (6) months.

Place of Performance: Snow removal services will be performed at facility ND003 located at 520 N 47TH ST GRAND FORKS, ND 58203.
