Snow Removal Services at 3 Locations in Ogden, Utah   2

Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division, established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supports over 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states.
This contract aims to provide snow removal services at multiple locations in Ogden, Utah, ensuring safe conditions for roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks during winter weather.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform snow removal services.
Specific tasks include:
1. Snow and ice removal from roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Treatment of cleaned surfaces to be skid-free using contractor-furnished sand or salt that complies with state and local regulations.
3. Multiple snow/ice removals may be required each day based on snowfall accumulation.
4. Snow plowing operations must begin within two hours of notification from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Designated Representative (DR).
5. The contractor must maintain clear access to fire hydrants and ensure no snow is piled in entrances to walkways.
6. Quality control is the responsibility of the contractor with oversight by the COR through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2025, with four optional 12-month extensions available.

Snow removal services will be performed at three locations in Ogden, Utah:
- UT007: 1380 N 1200 West Ogden, UT 84404
- UT019: 968 W 400 North Ogden, UT 84404
- UT030: 649 W 400 N Ogden, UT 84404
