Snow Removal Rental JPMRC 25-02   2

Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Government for the rental of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to support snow removal operations in the Donnelly Training Area, Alaska, as part of JPMRC 25-02. The goal is to ensure effective snow removal capabilities during the specified period.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following equipment and services:
1. **All-Wheel Drive Motor Grader**:
- Minimum 300 HP
- Minimum 16 FT Moldboard
- Minimum Operating Weight 40,000 LBS
- Enclosed Cab with Heater/Defroster
- Rental Period: 16 DEC 2024 – 07 FEB 2025 (2 Each, 200 operating hours per month)

2. **Wheel Loader**:
- Minimum 249 HP
- Minimum Operating Weight 43,000 LBS
- Minimum 5.0 cu yd bucket with smooth cutting edge
- Enclosed Cab with Heater/Defroster
- Rental Period: 16 DEC 2024 – 07 FEB 2025 (2 Each, 200 operating hours per month)

3. **Delivery**: Delivery to/picked up from load ramps vicinity ISB at Donnelly Training Area during the rental period.

4. **Unscheduled Maintenance**: Cost for any unscheduled maintenance on equipment due to failure and malfunction beyond normal operator capabilities during the rental period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from December 16, 2024, to February 7, 2025.
