Snow Machine, Trailer, and Other Equipment Rental; Donnelly Training Area Alaska

Background
This is a supply contract to provide rental Snow Machines and associated equipment support to the Donnelly Training Area in support of JPMRC 24-02. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the providers providing this support. Such lessors shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Snow Machines and associated rental equipment as defined in attachment 1 (Price Schedule and Equipment). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. These requirements shall include rental, delivery, pick-up and any required maintenance (or replacement) support to ensure training is completed with usable equipment.
Any Equipment requiring maintenance shall be repaired within eight hours of contractor notification or replaced with comparable equipment if unable to be repaired. Contract will ensure that equipment provided meets the specifications outlined in Attachment 1 (Price Schedule and Equipment List). All work performed by the Contractor shall be in compliance with all known and applicable Federal, State, and U.S Army regulations and laws, and standard industry practices for this work.
