  2. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Snow & Ice Removal Services for the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at the LTC Mark Phelan Memorial U. S. Army Reserve Center (Lancaster USARC), 1135 Ranck Mill Road, Lancaster, PA 17602-2521. Snow & Ice Removal services are inclusive of maintaining a clean, neat and professional appearance is required. All Snow and Ice Removal services shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Site Map Attachment 0001 Snow Site Map (PA056). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is: 561790- Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings - Size Standard of $8,000,000.00
  3. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) requirements contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods from date of contract award.
  4. Estimated total quantities are provided in this solicitation. These estimates are not a representation to an Offeror or contract that the estimated quantities will be required or ordered, or that conditions affecting requirements will be stable or normal.
