Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS) and Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Manager (SUASMAN)   2

Background
The Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) is seeking support for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS) and the management of these systems through the Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Manager (SUASMAN). The goal of this contract is to provide software engineering support, cloud engineering support, and subject matter expertise to enhance the operational capabilities of SUAS within the USAF and USSOCOM components.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

1. Provide a Site Leader as a single point of contact with full authority for daily performance.

2. Deliver Software Engineering Support including maintenance, documentation, monthly reporting, user documentation development, and content production for Configuration Control Board meetings.

3. Collaborate with SUAS Operations to maintain a roadmap for SUASMAN's sustainment and upgrades.

4. Provide training for Help Desk managers on new capabilities of the web application.

5. Assist in identifying reporting requirements and implementing tools for custom report generation to improve situational awareness.

6. Offer On-Call Cloud Engineering Support including design, development, maintenance, migration of applications to the cloud, and optimization of resources.

7. Provide UAS Subject Matter Expert Support to develop guidance and policy for USAF units.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period that includes ongoing software development cycles, training updates within 30 days of new releases, and regular reporting schedules such as monthly status reports and semi-annual reviews.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at designated government installations as specified by the AFSOC.
