This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. Email quotes to jamell.kilgore@navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Tuesday 19 December 2023 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). If shipping is not included in the price, please include a line item for shipping on your quote. See the attached redacted brand name justification (BNJ) and description and quantity attachment. The clauses for this procurement is also attached. Please review all attachments.

Synopsis

PROCUREMENT OF PERSISTENT SYSTEMS ITEMS

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a brand name, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to authorized sellers of Persistent Systems equipment. This procurement is brand name for the following reason: the Persistent Systems radio is used by other systems that existing equipment needs to interface with. No other radio can be used for this use-case because Persistent System radios are the only radio compatible with the external systems in which these items must interface with. Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Office Building 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.

Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a brand name, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to authorized sellers of Persistent Systems equipment. The procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside for Persistent Systems LLC Brand Radio Items. The Persistent Systems radio is a tactical radio selected via an engineering trade study to be the best fit for the MVCS 2.0 for a mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) radio with multiple inputs, outputs, and beamforming. The trade study looked at offerings from other brands and determined that the Persistent Systems brand radio was the best for their use case.
