Small Business Set Aside for Command Wide Shredding Services Per Attachments

Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is seeking to acquire command-wide shredding services to ensure the secure destruction of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside aimed at supporting the Department of Defense's mission to protect sensitive information. The goal of the contract is to provide reliable and compliant shredding services that adhere to established guidelines for handling CUI.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, parts, and consumables necessary for four (4) on-site paper-shredding events. Each shredding event will not exceed 7,000 pounds of shredded material and shall be completed within five hours.

The services must comply with the Multi-Step Paper Destruction guidelines for CUI as per CUI Notice 2019-03. The shredding events will occur quarterly, with options for two additional events if required. All boxes and paper documents will be easily accessible at ground level or via an elevator at designated buildings within NSWC PCD. Upon completion of each shredding event, a certification notice must be sent confirming that the material has been destroyed in accordance with CUI regulations.

Period of Performance
The service shall be completed no later than one year after the award of the purchase order, with options that may be exercised within eighteen (18) months after award.
