SkyView Hardware/Software Sustainment in Support of PM Ground Based Air Defense (PM GBAD)

THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO-LS), Ground Base Air Defense (GBAD) Marine Corps, Quantico, VA 22134 intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract valued at an estimated $1,900,000.00 to Verus Technology Group, Inc. 21750 Red Rum Dr., STE 127, Ashburn, Va 20147-5951, United States (Cage Code: 72BP0). This effort is estimated for award in the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2023. The place of contract performance is Ashburn, VA at Verus's location.

Verus is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the SkyView system and the associated hardware and software applications. The SkyView systems are multi-mission Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) long-range detection systems compatible with the MADIS Command & Control software baseline, that meet the size, weight and power requirements, and can support the MADIS FoS program delivery and production schedules. The SkyView family of CUAS systems is a solution comprised of proprietary software and hardware designs to provide mission-relevant capabilities. SkyView systems are delivered with a perpetual use, limited End User License Agreement, which permits authorized users to use SkyView systems for their intended purpose indefinitely without the requirement to obtain additional licenses. As a proprietary technology, Verus is the only authorized entity that can provide updates to the software baseline through secure software installation packages, cyber-hardening patches that are validated to not interfere with the software, and any maintenance and repair services (warranty or non-warranty) without voiding the product warranty. Verus has a dedicated Independent Research and Development initiative that delivers software updates and technical support for SkyView systems. Technical support services are provided by a license subscription (12-months). Verus is the only authorized party that can perform maintenance and service to SkyView CUAS sensors without voiding the warranty.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. Requests for the same will be disregarded. Responsible interested parties may submit a capability statement in which they identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider all information received within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All submissions become Government (USG) property and will not be returned. Contractors are advised the USG will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice of intent. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541511, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The Product or Service Code (PSC) is K010, Modification of Equipment Weapons.
