Sisense Fusion Analytics Maintenance Support

Background
The contract involves the renewal of Sisense for Fusion Analytics with components – Subscription / Maintenance Support. The Sisense platform is proven for users to perform data analytic analyses with disparate/non-standardized data sets, providing instant insight into the data and enabling timely performance of analyses, including predictive analyses. The platform also allows for monitoring, tracking, and confirming metrics near-real-time. A Sisense proof of concept was performed comparing it with other prominent Business Intelligent (BI) solutions, such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, and it was found to have additional capabilities not available in the other tools. Importantly, it has the lowest learning curve, enabling ISS business analysts and engineers to quickly perform research and create their own dashboards, thus reducing the time to produce analyses deliverables.

Work Details
The tasks under the contract include the renewal of Sisense Fusion Analytics (FA) for both non-production and production use, as well as unlimited viewers. This involves obtaining additional admins/designers, cores for non-production use, cores for production use including admins/designers and viewers, and unlimited viewers. The contract also includes a one-year period of performance with maintenance extended annually until the end of support.

The period of performance for the contract is from 9/25/2023 to 9/24/2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at NASA/JSC, 2101 NASA Parkway, Code: OP - Houston TX 77058. This includes specific locations within buildings 30 and 4S.
