This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide appraisal services for the Single Family Housing (SFH) program of USDA-Rural Development (RD) in Oregon. With this BPA, there is no guarantee of Call Order assignments. This is a total small business set aside, quotes received by vendors who are not small business will not be reviewed. RD provides loans to eligible applicants to purchase homes in rural areas of Oregon. The vendor is being asked to cover an entire county to be considered, however, exceptions can be made.
