Simcenter 3D Software Licenses & Support   2

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is contemplating the issuance of a firm fixed price contract for Simcenter 3D Software Licenses and Support. The period of performance for this is twelve (12) months from date of award. This task will also have (3) options for continued support of twelve (12) months. All options are to be exercised at Government discretion.

Siemens Industry Software Inc. is the sole provider of this software. They have the proprietary rights and they have no re-sellers. Siemens Inc. is the only company able to service the user community. Currently, no other existing software is technically acceptable. A corresponding sole source justification in accordance with authority FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, has been apporved and is attached to this notice.

This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotes. The Government will not pay for any information provided under this notice. All inquiries to this notice shall be in writing.
