This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action for and is not a request for competitive proposals.

The intention is to award this contract to Simbionix USA Corporation, due to their organization being the sole manufacturer and sole source of the Simbionix ENDO Mentor Suite System.

All inquiries received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement is based upon responses to this notice and it is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
