Rural Development (RD) needs to secure the services of qualified contractors to provide management services for the following multi-family dwelling:

Troy, Illinois 62249

Upon receipt of a contract, the Contractor shall perform services for the management of the property. The Contractor will supply the necessary labor, time, attention and effort of the Contractor's principals and employees regularly engaged in the business of the Contractor to properly discharge the obligations of the Contractor.

The contractor is expected to supply the necessary labor, time, attention, and effort to properly discharge the obligations of managing the property.

Work Details
The contract is for monthly management services of the Multi-Family Rural Development (RD) property at SilverCreek Apartments. The contractor is required to complete a brief written summary of experience and qualifications of the person or firm, resources and facilities available for performing the work, provide two references from individuals or firms for whom similar work has been performed, submit completed HUD forms for Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan and Previous Participation Certification, and provide information on any contemplated subcontractors.
The contract also includes a price schedule for the monthly management fee per apartment unit over a specified period.
