Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The acquisition calls for two Rail Car Movers to transfer Rocket Motor Rail Cars on 14 miles of track from the Union Pacific quarry to the North Utah Test and Training Range Transfer Facility. This is a new mission requirement. The mover must also be capable of transitioning off of the rail and travel 14 miles on paved/improved dirt roads.
All firms must be registered in the database at www.sam.gov for award consideration.

Work Details
The anticipated CLIN structure of the resulting award will reflect: CLIN 0001 - Shuttle Wagons IAW Product Specification Sheet, 2 Each. All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. Quotes must be inclusive of all delivery costs. All quotes must indicate if the vendor can achieve delivery within 120 calendar days after receipt of contract. If this delivery allowance is not practicable, vendors must quote an alternate delivery schedule.

Period of Performance
Quotes should be effective and clearly stated through September 30, 2021.
