Shoe, Athletic, Men’s & Women’s (3 Types)

Background
The solicitation is for the procurement of athletic shoes for men and women as per the Army Footwear Certification Program. The contract will be evaluated under Best Value Trade-Off Source Selection Procedures with factors including Past Performance Confidence Assessment and Small Business Participation. Two Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contracts are anticipated, and the solicitation will be issued with two separate and independent lots.

Work Details
The contract requires the manufacture of three types of athletic shoes for men and women, each with specific sample requirements. The solicitation will be issued in two separate lots, with Lot 0001 representing 60% of the total requirement and Lot 0002 representing 40% of the total requirement. Each lot has its own Minimum Quantity, Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ), and Maximum Quantity. The items will be procured on a F.O.B. Destination basis, and delivery of tariff sizes will be made to Austin, TX, Pendergrass, GA, and Lansing, MI.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a three-year base term with tiered pricing for each year.
