The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-19-R-4442 for the award of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity-Multiple Award Contracts (IDIQ-MACs) for complex and non-complex emergent maintenance (EM) and continuous maintenance (CM) as well as Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) scheduled availabilities for homeported and visiting ships in Hawaii. This solicitation may result in multiple contracts. Each contract will include a base year and 4 one-year option periods. The ship repair IDIQ-MACs are supply contracts with incidental service elements. The supply being procured is the repaired, mission-ready vessel, which is returned to service within the Fleet.
The requirement is separated into two lots.:
Lot 1 includes complex CNO scheduled availabilities, CM, and EM ship availabilities on non-nuclear surface ships homeported or visiting Hawaii with work being performed on the island of Oahu, HI. Lot 1 will be solicited on an unrestricted basis (not set-aside for small business).
Lot 2 will be set aside for Small Business and includes non-complex CM and EM ship availabilities on non-nuclear surface ships homeported or visiting Hawaii with work being performed on the island of Oahu, HI.
This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price type contract.
