Shelf Stocking, Custodial, and RSHA Services at the Bremerton NBK Commissary

Background
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking sources for Shelf Stocking, Custodial, and Receiving/Storage/Holding Area Services at the Bremerton NBK Commissary. The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient operations within the commissary, which functions similarly to a commercial supermarket, serving authorized patrons with food and non-food items.

The contract aims to enhance service delivery through effective management of stocking, custodial tasks, and inventory handling.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to perform the following tasks:
1. **Shelf Stocking**: This includes cleaning and dusting merchandise and shelf areas, stocking items according to specified procedures, ensuring proper rotation of perishable items, managing damaged goods, and maintaining stock availability. The estimated workload includes stocking approximately 18,680 cases per month across various categories.

2. **Custodial Operations**: Day and night custodial tasks will include restroom cleaning, maintenance of sales areas, emergency cleaning as required, and adherence to safety standards regarding hazardous materials.

3. **Receiving/Storage/Holding Area (RSHA) Operations**: Tasks include offloading deliveries (estimated at 18,680 cases per month), segregating merchandise by type (perishable vs semi-perishable), transporting items to designated storage areas promptly after receiving them from suppliers. The contractor must also maintain records of all operations conducted under this contract.
