GENERAL INFORMATION
1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures for evaluating quotes and awarding the resulting purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106.
2. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through:
Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06 Effective 29 Aug 2024
4. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a).
5. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 337215.
6. Presently there is no money available for this requirement and any award resulting from this solicitation is
subject to the availability of funds IAW FAR 52.232-18.
7. Quotes must be valid through 30 November 2024.
REQUIREMENT INFORMATION
Description:
The Contractor shall provide materials in accordance with the attached documents in this solicitation. All items shall be delivered within 60 days unless otherwise requested by the offeror.
For delivery to 140th SFS, Bldg. 700 16680 E. Breckenridge Ave, Aurora, CO 80011:
Line Item 0001 - 1 Each - Mobile Storage Rack in accordance with attached list of Salient Characteristics Supply Bay.
Line Item 0002 - 1 Each - Mobile Storage Rack in accordance with attached list of Salient Characteristics Armory.

Twin ramp (no need for sub-floor)
4 shelves with dividers
2 racks with 16 cubicles for storage
1 rack with 3 shelves
2 racks with 60 smaller cubicles for storage

Manual lever with easy turning for opening and closing of shelves.
48 tall shelves
Shelves contain a locking mechanism to both prevent it from rolling into a member as
well as providing a secure storage for accountable items. This system should be floor
mounted.
The shelves should contain drawers for small items as well as large spaces for things like
rucks.
Additionally, there should be space left for 3 stationary lockers on the West side of the
room, as well as 2 stationary lockers on the East side of the room.
Salient Characteristics Armory
Open Rack Storage so that weapons can be easily inventoried without the need to open
multiple lockers
Individual Racks must be able to be locked (padlock) to prevent the removal of arms and
or major components.
Hinged locking bars for racks shall have the hinges welded, peened, or otherwise secured
to prevent easy removal of arms and secured with padlock.
Racks and containers weighing less than 500 pounds (with weapons) shall be fastened to
the structure or fastened together in groups that have a total weight exceeding 500
pounds.
Bolts used to secure racks must be spot-welded, peened, or otherwise secured to prevent
easy removal. Racks must allow for 18 clearance from the ceiling for fire suppression system, no
greater than 78 overall height
Racks preferably will be on a roller system to allow collapse and space saving when not
in use.
If roller system is utilized, rollers should be able to be locked for added security.
Storage for the following weapons:
o M4 Carbine* (160 ea)
o Pistols M18/M9 equiped with RMR and flashlight (150 ea.)
o M240B Machine Guns w/ spare barrel bags (6 ea),
o M249 AR w/ spare barrel bag (10 ea),
o M14 Rifle (2ea),
o M110 SASS (2 ea),
o M107 (Pelican Case) 1 ea,
o M203 / M320 Grenade Laucher (17 ea),
o M870 Shotgun (18 ea)
*M4 spacing in racks should be at least 5 Centerline to Centerline to accommodate
varying weapon accessory configurations.
Additional Requirements:
Heavy duty Parts Storage Cabinet, Modular, Minimum of 9 drawers w/ partitions and
dividers for up to 32 compartments per drawer, locking mechanism per cabinet. (3 ea
total cabinets)
Mobile Table platform to hold existing workbench top.
Plan for 3 Existing + 3 new SecureIt Tactical ammo Cabinets
Plan for minimum of 3 Existing Weapon Lockers to remain in place for courtesy storage

Plan for a minimum of 1 Existing Weapon Locker for Day-to-Day Munitions/Equipment

FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(b)(1), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein:

Quotes, attachments, and all other correspondence as listed in this solicitation must be emailed to all points of contact (POCs)
Site visit location is: 140th SFS, Bldg. 700 16680 E. Breckenridge Ave, Aurora, CO 80011, vendors should arrive at the Visitor Center 30 minutes prior to the site visit. Base Access Request Form must be submitted no later than 9 September 2024 at 5:00 P.M.

Quotes are due by 24 Sept 2024 @ 12:00 PM MDT
Quotes shall not exceed 10MB in size

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Colorado Air National Guard, specifically the 140th Wing, for the procurement of a High Density Shelving System (HD Shelving System) to enhance storage capabilities at their facility. The goal of this contract is to provide efficient and secure storage solutions for military equipment and weapons, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver the following items to 140th SFS, Bldg. 700, 16680 E. Breckenridge Ave, Aurora, CO 80011 within 60 days of order placement:
