Amendment 0001 - Updated Combo with corrected language for a Request for Quote, revised language within Combo and incorporated DFARS 252.222-7000 which is required for the solicitation.

Background
The contract is for sewer pipe repair at Arctic Oasis. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning and coating the interior of the waste drain pipes to repair cracks and leaking pipe joints at building 9497. The period of performance is expected to be completed on-site in 10 days or less. The specific requirements include cleaning and installing a pull in-place epoxy-saturated felt liner with an internal bladder inside the existing drain line on the North Side of 9497, which consists of the HAWC, Beauty Salon, and Sandwich shop of 4” cast iron waste drain lines at 240'. The contractor must possess the applicable licenses to install the pull in-place epoxy-saturated felt liner. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the installation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to clean and coat the interior of the waste drain pipes to repair the cracks and leaking pipe joints at building 9497. The specific requirements include cleaning and installing a pull in-place epoxy-saturated felt liner with an internal bladder inside the existing drain line on the North Side of 9497, which consists of the HAWC, Beauty Salon, and Sandwich shop of 4” cast iron waste drain lines at 240'.

Also, conduct water testing of all toilets, urinal, and sinks to assure the water discharge is flowing freely into the 4” cast iron waste drain line that was treated with the pull in-place epoxy-saturated felt liner.

The contractor must possess the applicable licenses to install the pull in-place epoxy-saturated felt liner.

The Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to install the pull in-place epoxy-saturated felt liner.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is expected to be completed on-site in 10 days or less.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at building 9497, Arctic Oasis.
