ServiceNow Software Licenses for SNAP Project

Background
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Secretary (OS), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Financial Resources (ASFR), Office of Financial Systems Policy & Oversight requires Software Licenses in support of the SNAP Project. ServiceNow is required to support various applications and associated business processes within the Office of Finance, Office of Financial Policy and Reporting (OFPR) and its customers. The ServiceNow product represents an enhanced capability for increasing customer service by improved reporting, and reduced tool administration.

Work Details
ServiceNow Software Licenses are required to provide electronic management of numerous applications and associated business processes by providing a platform that supports the dynamic presentation of data and process automation. The estimated value of the proposed action, including all options, is $252,480.72.
