Background
This is a sole-source contract awarded to Carahsoft Technology Group via CHESS contract holder for the purchase of six-hundred (600) ServiceNow software Army management (ArMa) software licenses by IMCOM HQ. The period of performance will be for one year.

Work Details
The requirement is for IMCOM HQ to purchase six-hundred (600) ServiceNow software Army management (ArMa) software licenses through Carahsoft Technology Group, CHESS contract number W519TC-23-D-0005. The software is currently hosting ArmyMaintenance.com (ArMA) and expanding capabilities to perform Field Service Management of DPW maintenance. Market research revealed that there is only one (1) CHESS vendor, Carahsoft Technology Corporation, capable of satisfying this requirement. This is the first procurement of ServiceNow software for HQ IMCOM with no prior procurement history available.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be from September 2023 through September 2024.

Place of Performance
The product will be delivered to IMCOM HQ.
