Service Agreement for QuantStudio 5 DX and SeqStudio 8 flex

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Illumina, Inc for preventive maintenance services on QuantStudio 5 DX and SeqStudio 8 flex to Life Technologies Corporation (UEI: EB8QTC6575E7). Please see Justification for Other than Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.3 attached.

This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
