Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of security surveillance trailers. The agency's mission includes providing technical support and services to the U.S. Navy, and this contract aims to enhance surveillance capabilities through the acquisition of advanced trailer systems and associated equipment.

This solicitation replaces a previously cancelled solicitation due to changes in requirement scope.
