The 366 Communication Squadron (CS) has a requirement to purchase and install five (5) secure video conference system (SVTC), two (2) wall mounted SVTC systems and one (1) cart mounted VTC systems.

Background
The 366 Communication Squadron (CS) has a requirement to purchase and install secure video conference systems (SVTC) at Mountain Home AFB ID, 83648. This is a set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase and installation of Secure Video Teleconference System IAW the attached Specifications. The acquisition will be awarded to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous, price and other factors considered.

Work Details
The requirement is to purchase and install five (5) secure video conference system (SVTC), two (2) wall mounted SVTC systems, and one (1) cart mounted VTC system. The bid schedule includes specific items such as Cisco Desk Pro, deployment kits for wall-mounted VTC systems, deployment of a 55” display cart-mounted system, and 366th Conference Room software streaming setup.
