Section 10 Air Duct Cleaning Service   2

Background
This is a request for quote for the supplies listed on the attached RFQ. This RFQ synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with Subpart 12 & 13. This is a firm fixed price procurement. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is a Component of the Department of the Treasury, located in Washington, D.C. This is a combined production and administrative facility for producing United States Federal Reserve Notes and other secure documents. The BEP is a secure facility and requires adherence to certain security procedures.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, supervision and non-personal services necessary to perform the specified HVAC duct cleaning services and inside of air handling units within the Manufacturing Directorate Section 10. The Contractor shall perform to the performance standards and specifications in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Actual work is dependent upon demand and scheduling.
The period of performance shall be for 30 days to begin within 10 days of contract award. Services performed can only occur on the weekend.
