Secondary Dedicated Internet Access Connection - U.S. Embassy Riyadh   2

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia requires a reliable secondary 100 Mbps Internet connection for a one-year period with four one-year options. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price single indefinite-quantity indefinite-delivery (IDIQ) contract with a maximum dollar value of $1,000,000.00.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide and support the DIA connection with specific requirements such as always-on availability, broadband microwave/wireless solution approved by Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), and managed router solution including Service Level Agreement (SLA) and on-site support. The ISP shall agree to specific levels of service including guaranteed data transmission speeds, automatic fail-over capability to alternate route within 5 minutes, and full maintenance support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The DIA connection shall include specific Internet Protocol (IP) capabilities and adhere to IPv4 latency levels. Additionally, the Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plan (QASP) outlines performance objectives and thresholds for services provided by the contractor.

The period of performance for the contract is one year from the date of the contract award with four one-year options.
