SEC Backup Care Requirement

The SEC has a requirement for a contractor to provide back-up child and elder care services to be offered by the SEC for its employees nationwide. The SEC has one location in the Washington Metropolitan Area and 11 regional offices. The SEC Headquarters (Station Place) is located in downtown Washington, DC next to Union Station, and the Regional offices are located in the cities of Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Chicago IL, Denver CO, Fort Worth TX, Los Angeles CA, Miami FL, New York NY, Philadelphia PA, Salt Lake City UT, and San Francisco CA. (See Appendix A for specific addresses and employee population at each location).

The services provided by this contract will better enable SEC employees to provide their families with safe, clean and secure environments when regular child and elder care arrangements break down or are otherwise not available.
